Available only as a full rental, the Lake Lodge is a spacious four-bedroom and two-bath one-story, furnished with cozy and warm furniture and plenty of amenities to satisfy your every need during your stay. With space for 9-11 guests, enjoy the open floor plan overlooking the scenic view of K&M’s small lake. Come ‘round the back to discover the BBQ grill, smoker, and fire pit that will make you want to sit back and relax.
The dual living rooms offer all the comforts needed to unwind and feel at home. Lounge on comfortable sofas, watch Direct TV, or surf the web with fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen island topped with beautiful granite countertops and high-end cabinetry is a perfect place to gather, have a few drinks, and chat while preparing meals. The designated chef will undoubtedly love all state-of-the-art amenities, allowing them to make delicious meals for the whole group. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer), and a coffee station (Single Cup Keurig and Classic Pot Coffee Brewing). Plus, it is completely stocked with glassware, silverware, pots & pans, utensils, paper goods, and an abundance of supplies and cooking basics.
There are four well-appointed bedrooms in the Lake Lodge, making sleeping arrangements a breeze. The Master bedroom is oversized with a king, a full, and a twin-size bed. Perfect for a couple or even a small family, with an ensuite master bathroom, dresser with spacious drawers, and nightstands with reading lamps. Bedrooms two, three, and four are on opposite sides of the lodge and share a full beautiful bath. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided for you, as well. Furthermore, there is a fully stocked laundry area. With no travel time and luxuries that surpass any local hotels, the K&M Lake Lodge is the perfect retreat for those looking for both convenience and comfort during your time at K&M.

You book it, it is yours and it comes off our website! You may transfer your booking, but K&M will not assist in that process. Please email us if you transfer your booking to other attendees.
